Terms of Use

Effective October 8, 2026

Havenly is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The terms below add what’s specific to Havenly: subscriptions, the community, and AI-written content.

Using Havenly

By downloading or using Havenly you agree to these terms, Apple’s Standard EULA, and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use Havens.

Havenly Plus

  • Havenly Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($24.99) in the US; prices in other regions are shown in the App Store before you buy. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Plus until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
  • Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Community guidelines for Havens

Havens is a place to pray for one another. When you post, you agree to:

  • share sincere prayer requests, praises and reflections, and be kind;
  • not post hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, threatening, illegal or spam content;
  • not share other people’s full names, contact details or private information without permission;
  • not impersonate anyone or misuse the reporting tools.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Posts are screened automatically and can be reported or blocked by anyone. We review reports, remove content that breaks these guidelines, and remove users who post it. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give Havenly permission to display it to other users in the app until you delete it.

AI-written content

Reflections, studies, prayers and devotions in Havenly are written with the help of AI, grounded in Scripture. They can contain mistakes. Read them alongside the Bible, test them against it, and stay rooted in a local church. Nothing in Havenly is medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice.

If you’re in crisis

Havenly can’t respond to emergencies. If you are thinking about harming yourself or are in danger, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US) or your local emergency number.

Scripture and content

Scripture quotations remain the property of their copyright holders and are used with permission or under their published terms. The Havenly app, design and original content are owned by Havenly. Please don’t copy or redistribute them except as the app allows, such as sharing a page or printing your Book of Prayer for personal use.

Changes and ending

We may update Havenly or these terms. If the changes are significant, we’ll let you know in the app. We may suspend access to Havens for anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using Havenly anytime by deleting the app and canceling any subscription.

Disclaimer and limits

Havenly is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The warranty and liability terms in Apple’s Standard EULA also apply.
