How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Open your iPhone’s Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Havenly. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I paid for Plus but it isn’t showing
Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, then open the Havenly Plus screen and tap “Restore.” If it still doesn’t unlock, email us.
Where is the Family Devotion?
It sits in the Morning section of Today. To show or hide it, go to Profile → On Today. Family Devotion is part of Havenly Plus.
How do I set reminders?
Go to Profile and turn on the Morning verse, Midday study or Evening reminders, then tap a row to choose its time. If they don’t arrive, check that notifications for Havenly are allowed in iPhone Settings.
How do I invite people to my group?
In Havens, tap “Start or join a group.” Once your group is started, share its code with your friends or small group — they can join with the same button.
How do I delete a post, or report or block someone?
Tap the menu on any post or answer in Havens. You’ll see “Delete my post” on your own posts, and “Report” and “Block” on anyone else’s. Reported content is reviewed and removed if it breaks our community guidelines.
Is my journal private?
Yes. Your letters, seasons, prayers and notes are stored only on your iPhone. They’re sent securely, and not saved, only when Havenly writes something from them for you, like Your Week with God. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do prayer cards work?
In Journal → Prayers, make a card for each person or need, with what you’re asking and a verse to pray. Choose whether it comes up every day or once a week, and Havenly deals you that day’s cards. When God answers, mark it and a stone is raised in your Ebenezer, a record of how He has helped.
What is the Call in my sermon notes?
One thing to do this week because of what you heard. It appears on Today until Saturday, and near the end of the week Havenly asks whether you did it. Every sermon is also filed by book of the Bible in your commonplace book.
What are seasons in my journal?
In Journal → Reflect, name the season of life you’re in (a new job, a move, a time of waiting) and your letters to God are kept together in it. When it ends, close it with a short look back. It moves to Past seasons, and you can read it like a book.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Profile → Delete my profile (at the bottom). You’ll see exactly what will be erased, then type DELETE to confirm. This erases everything on your phone (journal, prayers, Book of Prayer, settings) and your posts, answers and group memberships in Havens. It doesn’t cancel Havenly Plus, which Apple bills; cancel that in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
